Wayfinder SEL Curriculum

All students TK-12 use research-based curriculum, Wayfinder, throughout the year to develop social and emotional skills, critical thinking skills and a sense of purpose.

Goals of Wayfinder:

  • Build foundational skills
  • Develop a sense of belonging
  • Learn how to act with purpose
  • Increase self-understanding
  • Increase social awareness
  • Support students to plan and pursue a life of purpose

The Wayfinder Purpose Curriculum was designed to support adolescent purpose development in school. It does so by engaging students in activities that nurture self and social awareness, sense of belonging, goal directedness, sense of meaning, and the desire and capacity to contribute to the world.
