Work Permits:Please download the work permit application/form. This form requires employer AND parent/guardian signature. Incomplete forms will be rejected and will cause a delay in processing. Upon completion and review of this form, a completed work permit will be issued. Please turn in completed work permit application to the front office.

Are you having trouble accessing outside mental health services? Care Solace takes the stress off of families and staff by breaking down the barriers to mental healthcare by helping you find providers in our community.
Care Solace is a resource available to all NCS families and staff to use.

Care Solace has a dedicated multilingual Care Concierge team of experts are available 24/7 to help staff and families through the process of accessing community-based mental health programs and resources or virtual therapy options.
This 24/7 team of care coordinating experts guide and support families throughout the entire process, only referring families to trusted and ethical providers.
