SCHOOL ACCOUNTABILITY REPORT CARDS (SARC)

LOCAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN (LCAP)

EXPANDED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES (ELO-P) 2022

The Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) provides funding for our before and after school programming, as well as summer school enrichment for transitional kindergarten through sixth grade.

“Expanded learning” means before school, after school, summer, or intersession learning programs that focus on developing the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs and interests of pupils through hands-on, engaging learning experiences.

The NCS ELO-P plan was created using stakeholder feedback from the 2021-22 school year. The plan was formally approved by the NCS Board of Directors on April 11, 2022

EXPANDED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES (ELO-G) 2021

Assembly Bill (AB) 86 requires each school district and charter school to develop and adopt an Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELO-G) Grant Plan to outline additional supports being provided to students as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This plan includes extended learning opportunities, such as summer school, as well as additional academic and social-emotional support during the 2021-2022 school year. The NCS ELO-G plan was created using stakeholder and the most recent student assessment data from spring 2021. The plan was formally approved by the NCS Board of Directors on May 25, 2021.

LEARNING CONTINUITY AND ATTENDANCE PLAN

Senate Bill (SB) 98 requires each school district and charter school to adopt a Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan. This plan documents the local educational agency (LEA)'s response to the COVID-19 pandemic to providing student academic and social-emotional support during the 2020-21 school year.  The plan linked below reflects stakeholder feedback and planning from May through September and is directly connected to the school's Reopening Community Handbook which was shared with families in July and August. The Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan is a "snapshot in time" and will continue to adjust throughout the year based on changing public health conditions.
