The NCS Information Technology team is available to help for issues that require technical support or if you have a technology related question regarding your NCS issued device or login account.

In order for the team members of the IT Department to best help you with your technology related issues, please visit our Tech Support Portal. Click the Submit a Ticket button and fill out the request form. Someone from the IT team will contact you within 1-2 days regarding your technology support request. 

PLEASE NOTE: we can only provide technical assistance with NCS issued devices and login accounts. We cannot offer technical support for your home Internet connection or other personally owned devices.
